SAP Basis Basics Part 1

One of the most important actions that you as an SAP Basis Admin have to do in various cases to troubleshoot errors is to edit table contents that cannot be edited.

Here it is described how you can still edit the content of each table.

1. Call transaction SE16N
2. Enter the table name
3. Restriction of values ​​in the selection screen
4. Enter /h in OK code line (enable debugging) and press Enter
5. Execute selection (function key F8)
6. In the debugger, change the fields gd-edit and gd-sapedit to X (see screenshot)
7. Press F8 to continue
